When will my order ship?

Most jewelry is made to order and will ship within 2-4 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.

How do I care for sterling silver or 14k gold filled metal?

Your jewelry will come with a tarnish free/tangle free storage bag. I also suggest lightly polishing the metal with a soft polishing cloth like one that can be purchased from my shop. If you would your jewelry to be shined or returned to its original luster, please email me at: aziza@azizajewelry.com 

How do I select the right length for a necklace/bracelet/anklet?

Get a piece of string, wrap it loosely around your neck/wrist or ankle where you want your jewelry to lay. Measure the piece of string with a ruler. If the item is a gift, ask the recipient what size they normally wear.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. If you are having difficulty processing your payment in my store, and you have already contacted your credit card company, please email me at: aziza@azizajewelry.com.

If you would like to pay via VenMo or CashApp, please request a special invoice for the items you wish to purchase via email at: aziza@azizajewelry.com and include your address with country and phone number.
